1. The service
Daily Auto Post, operated by Weavotech, designs Instagram posts for your business with artificial intelligence, from the brand information you give us, and publishes them to the Instagram professional account you connect — with your approval or automatically, as you choose. You can also publish images you prepared yourself. By connecting an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and authority
You must have an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account, and you must be authorised to publish on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping access to that Instagram account secure.
3. Your information and your content
You are responsible for the brand information, logo and photos you give us: they must be true, and you must own them or have permission to use them. Generated posts are built only from that information; you are responsible for every post published to your account through Daily Auto Post, including posts published automatically in the mode you chose, and for the images and captions you upload yourself. Content must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, advertising rules and applicable law.
4. How posts are published
In approval mode a daily post is published only after you approve it; if you do not approve it before its time, it is not published. In automatic mode the day’s post is published at the time you chose without waiting for you, but only if it passed our checks; otherwise it is held for you. Automatic mode becomes available after your first approved post is published, and needs a confirmed alert email. You remain responsible for what is published on your account, including in regulated fields such as health, finance or property. You can pause, or return to approval mode, at any time. Instagram decides whether to accept each post; it may refuse a post, limit the number published through its API, or change its rules. We cannot guarantee that any post will be accepted or remain available.
5. AI-generated content
Posts are designed by AI models and checked by our software and an automated review, but AI can make mistakes. Generated posts are labelled as made with AI. We do not guarantee any particular result, reach or sales. Your logo is placed unchanged; photos you give us are used as inspiration and are not published as they are.
6. Plans and the free trial
Each Instagram account may use the free trial once: one post, with up to two designs, within 14 days. Paid plans give 15 or 30 posts per 30-day period, with twice as many designs (a design is each image we make, including “another version”). Unused posts do not carry over. Paid plans are activated by us after we agree the plan and payment with you; nothing is charged automatically and nothing renews without your agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Daily Auto Post to publish spam, to publish to accounts you are not authorised to manage, to attempt to access other users’ data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Daily Auto Post available but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The service depends on Instagram’s platform, which we do not control.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for content published to your account, or for actions taken by Instagram or Meta.
10. Ending use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your account in the dashboard, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the dashboard before they apply.
